Energy and utility markets are increasingly competitive and constantly evolving, requiring significant interaction between industry parties, regulators, policy makers and increasingly consumers. ElectraLink provides a range of administrative, technical secretarial and financial support services to three energy industry governance Code companies.
The SPAA Service Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the delivery of the Code Administration Service for the Supply Point Administration Agreement (SPAA) in line with our contractual commitments. It is an outward facing role focussed on delivery of service excellence, customer engagement and service quality. Team and workload management will also be central to the role.
The role holder will interface with all SPAA stakeholders including SPAA Parties (transporters and suppliers), other SPAA service providers (e.g. legal advisers), other industry codes and Ofgem where required.
They will be responsible for ensuring our service meets its quantitative and qualitative contractual delivery obligations. This will be achieved through meeting demanding but achievable service levels and the provision of authoritative and substantive advice in relation to the SPAA to internal and external stakeholders.
The role holder will be responsible for the personnel management of the SPAA delivery team including setting performance objectives and bonus targets and monitoring achievement thereof. Accountability is to the Governance Services Manager.
Success will be measured by key accountabilities including the delivery of contracted SPAA SLAs and customer satisfaction.
